How to scramble eggs: the Rosemary dilema

Scrambled eggs always causes disharmony in our house. It all starts quite civilised: take some fresh eggs from our battery hens, crack and quickly beat them.  Throw some bread in the toaster and pour the beaten eggs into lightly oiled pan. This is when it starts to get fractious.  As I start scrambling (or stiring) the eggs, I always add a pinch of Rosemary in to give the eggs a slightly fragrant taste.
